This is a paid position, both overseas and local interest welcome.

Take a month brewing with us, with full accommodation and lunches provided, and a basic pay allowance of approximately SGD$800. One month allows you to see the full brewing cycle. Contract can be taken on a monthly basis. Individuals from overseas will have to take upon a visa to allow for entry to Singapore under working conditions. Local individuals who do not require accomodation will not be given an adjusted rate.

Join us for the long haul, with dedicated training into the art of brewing. Pay starts at SGD$2500, going up with experience in brewing and/or management - no prior experience in sake brewing needed. You’ll gain access to training from Japanese sake breweries from abroad, have the opportunity to train there, and will be guided towards eventual brewing independence yourself.

Join us for only the highlights of sake brewing - koji making, starting the fermentation, and pressing. Each stage is priced at $450, comes with a full detailed lecture on sake brewing, and culminates with a dinner at our brewer’s residence, with your own badge to celebrate your deep dive into the beautiful art of brewing. Taking on all three key processes awards you with a full certificate.
